“I am Lucy, the Director of Pearlie Property Services Ltd. I decided to start the company after a wonderful career spanning over 12 years working within the property sector, I started in lettings working for a renowned North London estate agent, and from there I then went onto work for a central London residential developer, and then eventually working for a large commercial developer. I gained a vast wealth of experience and knowledge working in all three sectors and have a real passion for all aspects of property. I am fascinated by their architecture and design and watching projects emerge from drawing plans to breaking ground to construction. In 2019 I decided to start Pearlie Property services and combine my experience and expertise with my love for properties.”
